All standard models come with a Hardness of 48-52 HRc and both wedge and jaws are made of Tool Steel and are through hardened. Serrated jaws models come as standard whereas smooth jaws are available on request.There are two type of constructions – single wedge which is most common and double wedge construction for a pull-down action.
