Rotary Pallet System

Rotary Pallet System is a newly introduced fixturing system from OK VISE.All Rotary columns are made of aluminium and they come with steel corner clamps. They function as a trunnion unit between the indexer and tail support.This new system makes efficient use of the machinable area leading to savings in tool changes, less operator interventions by which cycle times are drastically reduced.The most important feature is the opportunity to use sub-plates, resulting in a significant reduction in machine stoppage time. This is critical, especially in vertical machining centers.
